September 2020: Postdoctoral position opens A post-doctoral position (Assegno di Ricerca) will soon be opened within the To.Sca.Lab Group at the Insubria University in Como (Italy), in collaboration with the Italian CNR. Goal of the post-doc project is characterizing structure and microstructure of binary semiconductor nanocrystals (Quantum Dots) by coupling Small and Wide Angle X-ray Scattering techniques within a total scattering approach. Basic knowledge of crystallography and X-ray, neutron or electron diffraction methods are required. A Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science or related fields is required or, alternatively, the candidate should be close to the end of his/her Ph.D program (and already admitted to the final defense).
